@ Crystal — I"ve never tried freezing them because they NEVER last very long in our household. I think they would freeze just fine. If I ever get to try it, I'll let you know!

I made these granola bars this week. I've made 3 or 4 different granola bars before, and I think these ones are by far the BEST we've had. Thanks so much for sharing. As a quick question: I love to quadruple my recipes (because I'm a weirdo) and freeze the extra's so there's lots on hand. I've never made bars without flour like this recipe. Have you ever tried freezing them?

Your bars look yummy!!! I was wondering, though, do you think the peanuts are a necessity to the bars? My son is allergic and I’d need to leave them out. Do you think they would still form properly? I’ve never made granola bars before, so I’m not really sure on the texture of homemade ones. THanks!

I am excited to try this recipe and am printing it out right now. My dd has food allergies so can’t have granola bars due to the milk in them. I can make this recipe for her and even better, no HFCS! Thanks so much.

What a nice granola recipe. We also love granola bars. I am going to try this one very soon. NIce blog, can’t wait to read more
