We followed the recipe on the back of the bag of Bob’s Red Mill Corn Meal found here. It was so simple, even I couldn’t screw it up.

Dear Valerie,
This corn bread is tasty and all… but you guys make SO MANY CRUMBS WITH IT. I had to get out the vacuum cleaner to take care of the high chair, and I had to question whether or not Clara had actually eaten any food.
Love,
Mark

That looks SO good! My friend Kristan made chili today while I was there, and I have plans to make some tomorrow. This will be the perfect side dish! Yum.

Chili and cornbread are delicious together – well worth the crumbs in my opinion
