This week I visited NBC’s The 10! Show studio to showcase some of our favorite outdoor Summer activities — it was totally awesome! I had far too much fun helping Lu Ann to express her inner-child! We had a BLAST!! In case you missed the show, here’s the clip:

LOL It was so much fun!! I forgot to mention this earlier, but after we got done taping, a couple of the security guards and camera guys came over to make bubbles with me!!!! SO much fun — no one could resist the power of HUGE bubbles!!

You are such a celebrity!! Way to stay calm on TV. You did a great job! I love that the activities you chose have been my favorite ones…I still need to get around to making that pizza box solar oven.

Thanks, Petula! So glad you liked it!! I’ve been doing segments for them for a long time now, so usually the talent booker contacts me to see if I can put together a segment for a particular date and we go from there. This was the first time I was out on the patio, and it was a blast!!

My kids & I actually made those “comets” a few summers back but I love that you used zip ties and added the ribbons! I just used rubber bands and they kept coming apart. Duh! Can’t wait to make them your way now!
